How much does therapy cost?
We offer 50-minute individual psychotherapy sessions for $185 per session. We do not currently accept insurance, but can provide a superbill that can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.

Although weekly therapy is suggested for optimal productivity during sessions, we also work with a number of clients attending biweekly or even monthly sessions. We can work together to come up with a system that best works for you and your schedule.

The change that therapy promises is a slow and steady process, not a single instance of dramatic transformation. For that reason, it is suggested to think of it as a long-term investment rather than a single or recurring purchase. Clients can expect to pay around $2,000-$5,000 for a year of therapy.
What populations do you work with?
We work with both individuals and couples facing diverse challenges, offering an individualized, intuitive, and relational approach that is very much diagnosis-agnostic. This means our focus is on your unique needs and experiences rather than just labels. However, we do have particular expertise in specific diagnosis and mental health issues, specified within practitioner bios here.
We don't view diagnoses as overtly negative but rather as labels reflecting how the world's mainstream structures may not support your unique neurochemistry and ways of being. Our approach empowers you to awaken creative strategies that leverage your neurodivergence as an advantage, rather than trying to fit you into societal molds. We aim to create ease in your life by embracing who you are and making life work on your terms, instead of waging a daily war against the natural functioning of your body and mind.
Should I do therapy in-person or on Zoom?
We offer therapy both via in-person sessions and telehealth, with many clients opting for a blend of both. Although clients new to telehealth are often skeptical, many adjust quickly and then begin to prefer it for the ease, accessibility, and convenience it offers.

We find that very little, if anything at all, is lost in the therapeutic process when conducted via telehealth, and we often recommend it to clients so that they can seamlessly integrate weekly sessions into their busy lives stress-free.
How do I know if you're the right fit?
Schedule a free introductory call with us by booking a consultation online or filling out the contact form below. It's important that you feel feel comfortable, easeful, and excited about the potential of working with us.
Your discernment of whether or not one of our counselors is the right fit for you and your journey is totally up to you. You are not expected to commit after an intro call or even after the first several sessions together. Therapy is a deeply intimate process and similar to choosing a partner or friend, it is essential that you listen to yourself in finding someone who you feel safe with and best suits your needs.
